Filled seitan with tomato, basil and mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of seitan
  • Flour
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A handfull of basill leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced very thin
  • 1 ball of mozzarella, cut up

Preparation

Cut an opening in the side of the seitan.

Make a paste with the garlic, the basil leaves and a pinch of salt.

Rub the insides of the seitan zith this micture and then fill it up with a couple of slices of tomato and a slice of mozzarella.

Tip

There is a vegan version of mozzarella in the stores, based on soy.
