Seitan fritti

Description

Seitan Fritti are small, deep-fried pieces of seitan with a random shape, that have been immersed in spiced flour. They have a high protein content and can be easily used in many types of dishes.

There are also other varieties: the fritti curry and the fritti spicy.

Preparation

The small pieces of seitan can be used - either hot or cold - in salads. Or what about stuffed pita buns: lettuce and vegetables, together with seitan frittis and a tasty garlic sauce. Seitan fritti is also perfect for stews, or just toss them in a wok along with some vegetables.
